By accessing and using OurHangoutSpace ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

OurHangoutSpace is a social networking platform that allows users to create profiles, connect with friends, share messages, participate in chat rooms, create time capsules, and engage in various social interactions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes

5. Time Capsules Feature

The Time Capsules feature allows users to create content that is locked until a specified future date. By creating a time capsule:

• You acknowledge that the content will be stored on our servers until the reveal date
• You grant invited friends permission to view the content on or after the reveal date
• You understand that collaborative contributions from invited friends become part of the capsule
• You may manually unlock your own capsules at any time as the owner
• All content rules and guidelines apply to time capsule content

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Service Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by OurHangoutSpace and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The OurHangoutSpace name and logo are trademarks. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated content.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OURHANGOUTSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar items transmitted through the Service by any third party
